01 / OUR MISSIONHORUS COMMUNI-CAR

Behind every journey,
there is a life.

Horus Communi-Car develops an intelligent approach built on two digital twins — one for the vehicle and one for the driver — enriched by road-environment context. Our ambition is to identify risk situations earlier, inform road users and support cooperation and mutual assistance, including when connectivity is limited.

Contextual figures that explain our commitment. They do not measure HORUS performance.

HORUS in motion

Our vision,
in 30 seconds.

Road safety that anticipates, informs and connects road users. Discover the HORUS approach and the people it aims to protect.

Understand before acting

What if your car
could help you
understand more?

It produces information. Your situation gives it meaning. HORUS connects both to make signals clearer, explain risks and support cooperation.

02 / OUR APPROACHTWO DIGITAL TWINS

Two perspectives.
A clearer understanding.

A digital twin is a computer representation that helps follow and understand a real system as it changes, using available information. HORUS brings two together.

THE VEHICLE

Understand what changes.

Its operation, available readings and how they change. The vehicle twin aims to identify what deserves attention.

Explore an example +

A temperature is interpreted alongside its evolution and the situation. Missing data stays missing; compatibility depends on the vehicle.

THE DRIVER / ROAD USER

Understand your situation.

Your feedback and authorised information provide another perspective. For more appropriate interpretation and dialogue.

What about your data? +

This representation implies neither systematic biometric collection nor medical diagnosis. The person controls the information shared.

+

All around: external context.

Weather, roads, traffic and terrain. Context separate from the two twins, when information is available.

How HORUS works

From signal to decision,
a path you can understand.

01

Observe

Information that is actually available.

02

Add context

The vehicle, the person, the road.

03

Interpret

Changes and relevant situations.

04

Support

Clear information. A human decision.

It starts with a situation you recognise

A warning light.
A moment of doubt.
What next?

On the road, a single reading cannot answer every question. Explore what the HORUS approach aims to contribute in five everyday situations.

Educational illustration · simulated scenario

A temperature rises.
Context matters.

A hill, sustained effort and an unusual variation do not tell the same story. In this example, HORUS aims to connect accessible measurements with the journey and the driver’s feedback to inform the next step.

Observe the signal. Add context. The person decides.

Technology connected by one purpose

One architecture.
Clearly stated maturity levels.

The statuses below distinguish work in development, target platforms and exploratory areas. They are neither certification nor a promise of availability.

NOMAD-EdgeIN DEVELOPMENTConnect information close to the vehicle.

Acquisition, normalisation, contextualisation, analysis and presentation functions are being progressively integrated and checked within the MVP. Their validation level depends on the module and tests completed.

NOMAD / CoreBoxHARDWARE TARGETGive embedded intelligence a hardware platform.

CoreBox is the target hardware platform. Current work uses prototyping hardware; CoreBox is not presented as an available product.

LINAUNDER STUDYCoordinate useful cooperation.

C‑V2X and LoRa are among the channels being considered for different scenarios. Selection will depend on range, latency, coverage, infrastructure, security, interoperability and the regulatory framework. No deployment or universal compatibility is claimed.

TrustworthinessCROSS-CUTTING REQUIREMENTKeep origins and limits in view.

Origin, integrity, permissions, traceability and human oversight guide the design. Their implementation and validation progress with the system’s building blocks.

SafeWeaveEXPLORATORYExtend the approach beyond the cabin.

This wearable, modular, non-medical pillar remains exploratory. No commercial availability is announced.

Telemetry & F1 inspiration

Follow an evolution.
Understand a pattern.

Motorsport illustrates the value of following signals over time. HORUS draws on that attention to data in its approach to everyday vehicles.

04 / VALUE WHAT EXISTSCIRCULAR ECONOMY

The future of mobility
may already be
on our roads.

Smarter mobility does not necessarily have to start with a new car.

Make better use of accessible information. Inform maintenance. Support repair and continued use when safe. Existing vehicles are part of our vision too.

Support aligned with our approach

Supported by CAMINA,
operated by Initiative Terres de Vaucluse.

Horus Communi-Car Technologies is supported by the CAMINA incubator, operated by Initiative Terres de Vaucluse.

This support aligns with our focus on digital retrofit for vehicles already in circulation, useful and inclusive innovation, and mutual support between road users.

This statement describes support. It is neither a certification nor a validation of project performance. No logo is used at this stage.

People, always at the centre

Technology informs.

Local intelligence, meaningful cooperation.

Ideas take different forms

Inside the vehicle.
Between road users.
